Eugene Rutz, PE, serves as an Academic Director in the College of Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. Eugene manages the colleges “accelerated engineering degree” (ACCEND) programs and the college’s distance learning activities. Eugene is also working with local high schools to provide introduction to engineering courses to high school students.
