Candace is the Executive Director for Corporate and Professional Programs at the University of Southern California’s, Viterbi School of Engineering. She leads the development of executive and continuing education programs, as well as all outreach and marketing efforts for professionals seeking graduate engineering education. Her portfolio also includes the recruitment and conversion efforts for DEN@Viterbi (online) engineering programs and high school summer programs.
Within the USC Viterbi School, she previously led the USC Viterbi Career Center and was a Lecturer for the Information Technology Program. Prior to joining the USC Viterbi School, she worked as the Internet Marketing Manager for Guthy-Renker Corporation, one of the world’s largest direct marketing companies, with distribution in more than 68 countries.
Teixeira received her M.A. in Communication Management and B.S. in Business Administration, Information Systems from the University of Southern California. She has been a member of the Continuing Professional Development Division of ASEE since 2008.
